A practical workshop designed for Nordic research funders, institutes and organisations to explore the main challenges faced in research impact assessment.
We will be looking at how to:
- Allocate your funding effectively
- Use data to pursue your goals
- Promote your research successes
- Put the case for greater funding
- Capture the holistic outcomes of research
- Track relevant changes in society
This workshop will be led by Professor Jonathan Grant, Senior Advisor to Interfolio UK and Professor of Public Policy at King’s College London.
We are very pleased to welcome NordForsk who will be presenting why research impact matters to them and how they use research outcome data to support further research projects and inform their Nordic Added Value initiative.
Following the presentations by NordForsk and Professor Grant attendees will form into breakout groups to explore solutions to the main challenges faced by their organisations.
